Jonathan Melmed is an M&A, Corporate partner based in New York. He is Co-Head of King & Spalding’s Corporate Group, Co-Chair of the Global Private Equity/M&A practice, Co-Chair of the Global Energy, Power and Infrastructure Practice, and Chair of the firm’s Canada practice with over 20 years of experience.
