Mike Reynolds is Managing Director of Palisade Infrastructure, leads the North American team, and oversees investment strategy, sourcing investment opportunities and asset management.

Mike has been with the Palisade Group for over 9 years, and prior to establishing the North American strategy, was an Executive Director in the firm’s Australian business and held a number of board roles. Mike also sits on the firm’s Management Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Palisade, Mike spent three years as an Investment Director of CP2 Limited, a global infrastructure firm, and previously spent 10 years in corporate advisory and investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital and ABN AMRO. In these roles he led execution of M&A and capital market transactions principally in the renewable energy and utilities sectors.

Mike is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
