Taylor Hart is a partner in Ropes & Gray's private equity transactions group and a member of the firm's infrastructure industry group, where he plays a critical role in the digital infrastructure and infrastructure services subsectors. Taylor represents private equity firms and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other investments. Taylor regularly counsels private equity sponsors such as Berkshire Partners, Charlesbank Capital Partners, Athyrium Capital, and TA Associates, as well as other companies, on structuring leveraged buyout acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, dispositions, and general corporate matters. He has substantial experience across a range of industries, with particular depth in digital infrastructure'including data center, fiber network and telecommunications assets as well as the companies that service these assets. He also has significant experience in healthcare, software and other technology, as well as retail and consumer brands.
