Achal is a member of the Equitix Board, Investment Committee and Chair of the Valuation Committee. He is focused on origination & execution of transactions and manages the Investments team.

Achal has more than 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector across transport, social infrastructure, regulated utilities and renewables. Since joining Equitix, he has closed more than 50 transactions with equity of more than £7bn and EV of c £30bn.

Key transactions led by Achal in core infrastructure include the acquisition of M25, HS1, public takeover of John Laing Infrastructure Fund, public takeover of John Laing plc, acquisition of interests in Viridor Energy EfW platform, acquisition of Electricity North West (ENW), Firmus Energy, acquisition of smart metering assets including MapleCo and I&C meters portfolio of SMS plc, Beatrice and Hornsea 1 offshore wind acquisitions, acquisition of interests in Air Tanker Holdings, several social infrastructure assets, onshore wind and solar portfolios.

Achal has led Equitix’s rail strategy and its successful implementation- this includes the acquisition of interests in Inter-City Express rolling stock programme (IEP East and West), Barcelona metro, Thameslink rolling stock, Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) rolling stock and Wales & Borders rolling stock programme.

ブワニア氏はエクイティクスの鉄道戦略を主導。インターシティ・エクスプレス鉄道車両計画（IEP（都市間高速鉄道計画）イーストおよびウェスト）、バルセロナ地下鉄、テムズリンク鉄道車両、エリザベス・ライン（クロスレイル）鉄道車両、ウェールズ＆ボーダーズ鉄道車両計画の権益の取得を実現している。
