Danish Aleemullah has been with Macquarie Capital for over 18 years and leads their Energy and Renewables advisory business for Australia. Recent transactions which he has advised on include Palisade and Intera Renewables’ acquisition of the Limestone Coast North BESS, the acquisition by Igneo and Atmos Renewables of the Hornsdale Wind Farm along with the construction commencement of the Merredin BESS (including CIS structuring assistance), the sale of the CVC DIF and Cbus Super renewables portfolio to Potentia and the establishment of non-recourse portfolio financing platforms for a number of energy businesses including ACEN Australia, GPG Australia, FRV Australia and Intera Renewables.
