Peter is a Partner at Arjun having joined in 2017. His background covers regulated companies, transport regulation, government affairs, and the management of infrastructure funds and investments. He has significant board experience in the utilities (water and gas networks), transportation (airports and roads), solar and oil storage sectors.

Peter joined Arjun from the UK transport regulator, the Office of Rail and Road. As the Highways Director he built a team of 15 overseeing Highways England's £15bn investment programme. He was previously the Strategy and Regulation Director of Thames Water, where he managed a team of over 100 and led the company's 2009 price control, securing over £8bn of expenditure allowances from the regulator. Peter has previously worked with Macquarie Bank, where he founded the bank's European infrastructure funds, becoming the Chief Operating Officer for funds in excess of €6bn.

Peter holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester and an MBA in General Business from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
