Alexey Teplukhin is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for capital markets activities across Blue Owl's Digital Infrastructure strategy globally.

Before joining Blue Owl, Alexey was a Managing Director at IPI, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, Alexey served as a Director in the Structured Finance division of Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for the firm's digital infrastructure debt investments.

Alexey received his BSc in Economics, with First Class Honours, from the London School of Economics.
