Allison Kingsley is Founder & Partner of NOVA Infrastructure, a value-added, middle market asset manager investing in environmental services, transportation, energy / energy transition, and digital infrastructure sectors in North America. With 25 years of experience in infrastructure, Allison leads NOVA's sourcing and execution of infrastructure investments and sits on NOVA's Investment, Executive, and Valuation Committees. She also serves on the Board of Directors for multiple NOVA Fund I and Fund II portfolio companies, which include Bold Ocean (realized), Harbor Logistics, and DartPoints, and Phillips Infrastructure Holdings. Prior to founding NOVA, Allison invested in infrastructure across different roles and firms, including PartnerRe / Reformation asset management, Ambac, and Lehman Brothers M&A. Allison is also a political economist and former tenured business school professor, with B.A. cum laude from Rice University, M.S.L. from Yale Law School, and Ph.D. from Columbia University.
