Anamaría Camacho
Anamaria Camacho is a Director at Castalia Advisors, where she advises governments, development finance institutions, and private investors on infrastructure investment, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and project preparation. Her work focuses on developing bankable infrastructure projects, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and mobilizing private capital across emerging markets, particularly in Latin America.
Prior to joining Castalia, Anamaria served as Director of Policy and Regulation at Colombia’s Ministry of Housing, where she led national initiatives to expand urban infrastructure and to promote private-sector participation. She has advised institutions including the World Bank, IFC, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) on infrastructure investment and market development. Anamaria has authored strategic publications on infrastructure investment programs and financing gaps in emerging markets.
