Charlotte is a Senior Vice President on Capstone's Energy team, where she advises private equity and corporate clients on European regulatory and policy issues affecting energy transition investments. Since joining in 2021, she has developed deep expertise in EU policy, with particular focus on industrial decarbonisation, chemicals, waste management, and infrastructure.

Her work centers on translating complex EU legislative developments into commercial implications for M&A transactions and portfolio strategy. Charlotte has led over 20 regulatory due diligence across European markets, analyzing how policy tailwinds and compliance risks shape investment theses.
