Managing Partner - Co-Chief Investor Relations Officer, Strategy & Chile , Qualitas Energy

Cristóbal Santa Cruz joined Qualitas Energy in 2018 as an Investment Associate and later served as Investment and Business Development Director until 2025. He currently holds the position of Co-Chief Investor Relations Officer, acting as a strategic link between the Investment and Investor Relations teams, and contributing to investor engagement and cross-regional coordination. He is also responsible for the investment strategy in Chile, overseeing origination, execution, and portfolio development. Prior to joining Qualitas Energy, he completed his MBA internship at Frog Capital and SI Capital Private Equity, and held roles as Business Development Director at Grupo ECC Family Office and Corporate Finance and Business Development Director at Empresas Sutil. He began his career as an M&A and IPO Analyst at LarrainVial Investment Bank. Cristóbal holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s in Finance from Adolfo Ibáñez University, where he also earned a degree in Business Administration.
