Deb is currently Managing Director, Infrastructure & Natural Resources at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and co-leads infrastructure activities for Asia Pacific.  He has a cumulative 17 years of experience in infrastructure investment and was previously associated with SBI Capital Markets Limited, IDFC Alternatives Limited and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (India) Private Limited.  He serves as a director on the boards of National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited, National Highways Infra Investment Managers, Mahindra Susten, Sustainable Energy Infra Investment Managers, Mahindra Teqo Private Limited and Equis Development Private Limited.

Deb holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a Masters Degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
