Delphine Voeltzel leads the origination, execution, and management of infrastructure investments in the energy sector across Europe. She joined OMERS Infrastructure in 2012 and has since played a key role in the investment and asset management of a broad portfolio of infrastructure assets, including Net4Gas, Caruna, Ellevio, Scotia Gas Networks, MapleCo, Interise, Azure Power, VTG, and Tank & Rast. From 2021 to 2024, Delphine was based in Singapore, where she led investment and asset management activities across Asia.

Prior to joining OMERS, Delphine worked in investment banking at Rothschild in London, advising clients on M&A transactions in the utilities, transport, and infrastructure sectors.

Delphine graduated from HEC Paris Business School with a major in Finance.
