Dominic Hall
Dominic is an advisor to private markets firms investing in the Defence sector. Previously, Dominic was Global Head of Ethics at BAE Systems for nine years, and has a deep understanding of ethics, governance, and compliance risk in defence. During that time he also chaired the International Forum for Business Ethical Conduct (IFBEC) - the ethics association for the defence primes. He has worked closely with MoD, NATO, and defence sector primes on ethics initiatives.
Dominic has held Ethics leadership roles at Coca-Cola and in the oil and gas industry, and qualified as a chartered accountant at KPMG. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Ethics from the University of St. Andrews.
