Dominik is a Managing Director on the Real Assets Investment team based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He is responsible for infrastructure equity investments and is a member of the Real Assets Investment Committee. 

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Dominik was Global Head of Infrastructure with HSBC Asset Management, where he focused on secondary investments, co-investments as well as primary investments. Prior to that, Dominik was Co-Head of Infrastructure and Energy for Deutsche Bank Private Equity, where he was responsible for infrastructure equity investments globally. Previously Dominik held positions at two family offices and a U.S.-based renewable energy developer, and worked in the corporate development team of The Cloud Networks.

Dominik started his career at TriStone Partners, a London-based investment boutique. He completed an apprenticeship with Steinway & Sons in Hamburg and received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from Westminster University, London.
