Francois Bouillon is a partner at Ely Place Partners and has more than 15 years of experience in private markets. He previously worked at Oddo-BHF Private Equity with a focus on secondary investments. Prior to that, he worked for BNP Paribas Capital Partners as a Senior Associate in the FoF team and Allstate Investment Management as an Associate. He began his career as an analyst at BNP Paribas Private Equity. He holds an MSc in International Management from EM Lyon and graduated with a master’s degree in Law from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University.

Ely Place is a specialist adviser in alternative assets. It assists PE, credit, infrastructure and venture GPs raise capital from institutional investors, and acts as a specialist adviser on secondary and co-investment transactions. In addition, the team offers GP advisory services including fundraising strategy, documentation, presentation support and investor relations.
