Francois Lejeune

François Lejeune has 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector.
He began his career in infrastructure finance at the Belgian construction group Compagnie d’Entreprise CFE, where he was responsible for structuring financing solutions for public-private partnerships (PPP) tenders, real estate developments and international projects, including buyer credits and export credit insurance.
In 2016, François joined AG Insurance, a leading Belgian insurer and institutional investor, as Infrastructure Finance Manager. In this role, he originated, structured and managed infrastructure debt and equity investments across the eurozone.
In early 2026, François was appointed Head of Infrastructure Finance at AG Insurance.
