Gianluca Minella is Head of Research at InfraRed Capital Partners and is responsible for providing independent, forward‑looking insight to support investment decision‑making across the platform. He undertakes macro, thematic research, sector and portfolio construction analysis.
Before joining InfraRed in 2024, Gianluca was Head of Portfolio Strategy and Research at ADIA, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Prior to his role at ADIA, he was Head of Infrastructure Research at DWS for eight years.
Gianluca has 20 years of experience in the infrastructure sector.
