Gonzalo Fernández-Turégano, based in London, is responsible for the global coverage of Financial Sponsors at BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking. With 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry, he holds a law degree from Complutense University and an MBA from IESE Business School. He began his career as a banking and finance lawyer at Clifford Chance and DLA Piper, later serving as the Head of Investment Banking & Finance Legal Services at BBVA CIB and in various coverage roles, including Head of European Clients.
