In addition, he serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) APAC, in a role that serves as important on the ground interface to clients both overseeing our regional investment strategies and contribute to product development. He founded and was Chief Executive of Whitehelm Capital (now PATRIZIA Infrastructure) in 1998, starting the firm’s infrastructure business at a time when private ownership of public infrastructure originated globally. Graham was formerly founding shareholder and Chief Executive of Whitehelm Capital before the business merged with PATRIZIA in 2022.
Graham led the growth of the Whitehelm business and development of the firm’s investment philosophy and its world-wide asset acquisitions and disposals. He has been instrumental in delivering operational, financial, and sustainability improvements across a wide range of infrastructure businesses in Europe and globally. Graham has held senior roles in the Australian Federal Treasury and represented Australia at the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC.
