Jeffrey is a Senior Advisor to Finadvice AG, advising funds, technology companies, institutional investors, utilities, and regulators across Europe, North America, and Asia on infrastructure, sustainable energy, and innovative cleantech, AI, and defence technology businesses. He brings more than 33 years of global leadership experience across energy, infrastructure, energy technology, defence technology, and AI.

He has held senior roles across venture capital, private equity, and infrastructure funds, co-founded one of the world’s first sustainable venture capital funds in 1994, served as CEO and interim CEO of multiple companies, and co-managed a sizeable German energy portfolio. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in School of Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
