Jessica Johnston
Jessica Johnston is an Investment Officer at the Texas Permanent School Fund (PSF) since 2023, responsible for equity investments in Natural Resources and Infrastructure. Prior to joining Texas PSF, Jessica served as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at the Texas General Land Office. In this capacity, she was responsible for managing back-office functions supporting the PSF Real Assets portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. She holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
