Juan has 25 years of experience in infrastructure investing, financial advisory and project finance. He joined Axium Infrastructure in 2009 in the Toronto office and led the opening of Axium's London office in 2022. Juan serves as a senior member of the management team and is primarily responsible for Axium's activities in Europe. He is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Axium Infrastructure, Juan was a member of the infrastructure group at Babcock & Brown and the corporate finance group at TD Securities. Juan began his career working as a structural engineer. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Juan holds a civil engineering degree from Los Andes University in Colombia and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
