Julia Schiffer is a Partner based in Mercer’s Zurich office, where she leads the European Infrastructure team. She joined SCM Strategic Capital Management AG in 2010, which was acquired by Mercer in 2015. With 19 years of asset class experience, Julia began her career at Partners Group. 

In her role at Mercer, Julia oversees the identification, due diligence, and selection of infrastructure investments, as well as the portfolio management of funds and mandates that Mercer manages within this asset class. She is a member of Mercer’s Real Assets and Global Impact Investment Committees, as well as the Mercer Infrastructure Rating Review Committee.
