Kai has been the Managing Director of Taaleri Energia since 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure industry. 

Before joining Taaleri Energia, he worked for 10 years at KPMG, in Helsinki and London, advising public and private sector clients on infrastructure strategy and transactions across energy, transport and social infrastructure. Kai built and led KPMG’s infrastructure business at KPMG Finland with clients ranging from utilities to infrastructure funds to state ministries and construction companies. 

Kai holds a PhD in Construction Economics from UCL and an MSc in Engineering and Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology.
