As Head of Private Markets Investments at IBS Capital Management Koen Ronda is responsible for manager selection for the firm’s fund of funds in private equity, private debt and infrastructure. He also manages three co-investment portfolios and the IBS Vantage Point Co-investment Fund. The firm mainly invests in primary and secondary private equity funds, special situations private debt funds and value-add infrastructure funds. Usually, the IBS Private Markets Investments funds are a mix between direct deals in de form of co-investments or secondaries and fund investments. By giving access to private markets to private wealth- and semi-institutional clients, the IBS Private Markets Investments platform has expanded significantly over the last five years. The most exciting current project being the IBS Vantage Point Co-investment Fund. From that fund, the firm can select co-investments with primary private equity managers across the whole IBS private markets network.

The company is founded in 1987, has over 100 employees and three different offices in the Netherlands in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Vught. The company is in possession of an Asset Management- and AIFM licence.
