Chief, Disaster Risk Management Unit , Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

Laura Rojas is the Chief of the Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). In this role, she leads the Bank’s efforts to strengthen resilience and support countries in Latin America and the Caribbean in better preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters. Previously, she has held several positions at the Bank, including at the Infrastructure and Environment Sector.
