Louis-Roch Burgard joined Infranity in 2022 as Investment Managing Director, bringing extensive operational and strategic expertise and a strong commitment to sustainable infrastructure development. He began his career in 1998 at the Ministry of Finance before joining VINCI Group, where he served as CEO of VINCI Concessions and sat on the Group’s Executive Committee for seven years. After leaving VINCI in 2014, he worked at LBO France and later became CEO of SAUR, leading its international expansion and sale process. In 2020, he took over as CEO of CNIM Group, steering the company through restructuring. Louis-Roch’s experience spans managing major infrastructure corporations and driving strategic transformations. He holds degrees from Sciences Po, ESCP (Finance), Paris Dauphine University (Public Management), and graduated from ENA as Inspecteur des Finances.

Infranity is a Paris-based specialist asset management company focused on private infrastructure investments. Founded in 2018 as part of the Generali Investments ecosystem, it combines entrepreneurial independence with strong institutional backing from Generali.
