Luiza Lungu is a Director in Project Finance & Special Situations at Hamburg Commercial Bank in London, where she originates and structures infrastructure financings across EMEA, including senior OpCo, HoldCo and asset-backed facilities. With over 15 years of experience, she focuses on complex cross-product transactions that connect infrastructure debt, structured credit and capital markets solutions.
Before joining HCOB, Luiza spent eight years at Nomura International in Structured Finance & Special Situations, leading financings across transport, energy, renewables and real assets, including toll roads, solar portfolios and concession-based infrastructure. Earlier in her career, she worked at ING Belgium and Dexia, structuring receivables financing, securitisations and covered bond-related transactions for corporate and public-sector assets.
