Manuel Dusina is Head of Infrastructure, responsible for the origination, execution and portfolio management of Phoenix Group debt infrastructure investments in the UK, Europe and USA. Prior to joining Phoenix Group, Manuel was at Scottish Widows in the Loan Investments team in London, where he was a Director, responsible for originating and executing infrastructure transactions. Previously, he worked at Lloyds Bank in London as part of the Infrastructure and Energy team. Manuel also held positions at Standard & Poor’s and the European Investment Bank. Manuel received a Master in Finance and Monetary Policy from the University of Brescia.

Phoenix Group

Based in Monaco, Apolis S.A.M. is a single-family office specializing in private credit. In addition to LP commitments to private debt funds, Apolis manages a GP co-investment program, having funded approximately 50 private credit deals since 2018. The firm primarily focuses on senior loans, often structured with additional upside through preferred equity and warrants. Apolis has executed both asset-based and cash flow-based transactions across North America, Europe, developed Asia, and emerging markets. With an industry-generalist approach, the firm has achieved broad sector diversification, emphasizing cycle-neutral borrowers.
