People’s Partnership

People’s Partnership is a not‑for‑profit financial services organisation dedicated to helping people build stronger financial futures. As the provider of The People’s Pension, one of the UK’s largest and most trusted workplace pension schemes, it supports over 100,000 employer accounts and serves around one in five UK workers aged 22 and over with a qualifying workplace pension.

With more than £40 billion in assets under management, the organisation combines simplicity, transparency, and long‑term stewardship to make retirement saving accessible for employees and businesses across every sector.  Its 80‑year heritage is rooted in supporting working people, and as a not‑for‑profit, it reinvests its earnings to improve customer outcomes and promote financial wellbeing.
