Mark Prybutok is a Managing Director at GI Partners, a private investment firm with $33 billion in AUM.  He is co-Head of the GI Data Infrastructure platform, which has invested $2.4 billion into data infrastructure businesses over the past 3 years.  GI Data Infrastructure invests in companies providing essential services in data centers, data transport, wireless access, and tech-enabled infrastructure in North America and Europe.  Mark currently sits on the boards of DR Fortress, Blue Stream Fiber, LightEdge, Bluepeak, and Orbcomm.

Mark has been a private equity investor in the data infrastructure space since 2007.  He holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, and a B.A. from Penn State University.
