Maryam Adamji
Maryam is a partner in our Energy & Infrastructure team in London. She advises on the development, financing and regulation of energy and infrastructure projects globally, with a particular focus on the nuclear sector (both large-scale projects and small modular reactors (SMRs)).
As a sector specialist, Maryam’s broad practice sees her providing comprehensive, all-round advice on her transactions and has significant experience acting for sponsors, lenders, funds, ECAs and governments on complex, first-in-market transactions. Most recently, Maryam has been advising the UK government on the development of the Sizewell C project as well as an SMR developer and has advised on global nuclear projects across the value chain, from fuel fabrication, development and construction, through to decommissioning.
