Global Head of Infrastructure , Schroders Greencoat

Minal serves as Schroders Capital’s Global Head of Infrastructure and leads Schroders Greencoat. In her capacity across Schroders Greencoat and Schroders Capital’s infrastructure business, she oversees investment strategy, product development and fundraising and with the senior team sets the strategic direction and growth focus of the business.  She is actively involved in all aspects of the business, chairing the Schroders Greencoat's Management, Risk Management Committee and Capital Committees alongside being a member of Global Investment Committee and the Schroders Capital Executive Committee.  With over 20 years of experience in the power and renewables sector, across advisory, structure finance and principle investing, Minal brings a wealth of expertise to her role. 

Previously Minal was a Partner at Foresight Group, co-leading the origination and execution of non-traditional renewable energy investments across Europe and was a Director in RBS and MUFG’s structured finance teams leading the financings of investments across conventional power and renewable energy including onshore wind and bioenergy and the first offshore wind financings. 

Minal hold a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Southampton and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
