Subahoo Chordia is widely regarded as a visionary leader in real asset investing, with a proven ability to build platforms from the ground up and scale them to global institutional standards. A pioneer of India’s Real Assets landscape, he is also a global voice on sustainable infrastructure, platform-building, and institutional capital partnerships.

At EAAA Alternatives (Edelweiss), Subahoo founded and built the Real Assets business, driving strategy, assembling high-caliber teams, and institutionalizing a platform that today manages 40+ assets worth USD 3.5+ billion, generating USD 550 Mn in annual revenues across roads, renewables, transmission, and commercial real estate.

Key milestones of his pioneering journey include:

• Launching India’s first Real Assets fund, introduced global-grade infrastructure investing to Indian investors.

• Leading one of India’s earliest listed InvITs, shaping market access and setting governance benchmarks for the asset class.

• Scaling a multi-strategy Real Assets platform with marquee products like Core Yield funds for infrastructure & commercial real estate, InvITs and Energy Transition Fund targeting green infrastructure.
