Olivia Wassenaar is a Partner, Head of Sustainability & Infrastructure, and a member of the Firm’s Leadership Team. Olivia leads the Firm's multi-asset investment strategy focused on financing and investing in infrastructure. Olivia's investments at Apollo have focused on the energy transition, and she serves on the boards of several Apollo funds' portfolio companies including FlexGen, Graanul and Takkion.

Prior to joining Apollo, Olivia was a Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, where she was a member of the investment team for 10 years. Previously, she worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where she focused on renewable energy sector coverage. Olivia started her career in the Environment Department at The World Bank Group. She received her AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, attended the Yale School of the Environment, and received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
