Current Position

Peter joined Ørsted in 2016 and has led the Global Partnerships & M&A department since 2022. He oversees buy- and sell-side M&A, development-stage partnerships, and structured finance across Ørsted’s global geographies and technologies. As a member of Ørsted’s Global Management Team and Commercial Executive Committee, Peter represents the department in strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

Previous Experience

Prior to his current role, Peter headed up the Structured Finance team, working predominantly on farm-downs of Orsted’s offshore wind assets. Prior to joining Orsted, Peter worked as a lawyer for 5 years at Linklaters LLP in London, focusing on Energy and Infrastructure M&A and Project Financing, with an emphasis on renewables.
