Philip Ajina
Philip Ajina is the Founding Partner and CIO of Infranode. With over 25 years of experience in investments, M&A, business development, and corporate law—including more than two decades in Nordic infrastructure—he co-heads Infranode’s activities across fundraising, deal origination, execution, and asset management.
Before founding Infranode, Philip held senior roles at Nordic Airport Properties and Mannheimer Swartling, and advised SEK on the creation of an export-focused infrastructure fund. He serves on multiple boards and is a recognized advocate for channeling institutional capital into resilient Nordic infrastructure. Philip holds joint Law (LL.M) and Business (BSc) degrees from Stockholm University, complemented by scholarship studies at NYU and Bond University.
Infranode
Infranode is a long-term infrastructure investor with a particular focus on the Nordic countries. Infranode invests in energy and renewables, digital infrastructure, transport, and social infrastructure. Infranode has offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Oslo, and a strong infrastructure investment team with extensive local and international experience. Infranode has about EUR 1.8 billion in committed capital from long-term institutional investors, including some of the most recognized pension funds in the Nordic region. Among the investors are Storebrand, Folksam, the Swedish municipal pension fund KPA Pension and the Finnish public sector pension fund KEVA.
