Premraj Janardanan (“Prem”) is a real estate and real assets investment professional who has spent the last 21 years serving in diverse industries such as investments, integrated township development, tech & telecom and management consulting.

He currently leads KWAP (Malaysia’s Retirement Fund Inc.)’s Infrastructure Investment Department where he oversees across various infrastructure investments. Prior to this, Prem led KWAP’s Property Investment and Property Asset Management units managing a ~ USD 2b portfolio. He has close to a decade of hands-on real estate and township development experience at Sinarmasland, Indonesia’s largest property developer.

Prior to that, Prem was a management consultant at both McKinsey & Co and The Boston Consulting Group.

Prem is a graduate of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) where he obtained a B.S. in Electrical Science and Engineering, and a B.S. in Management Science (Finance) from MIT Sloan.
