Randy Brouckman is the Co-founder, CEO of EdgeConneX, where he leverages over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, software, and data centers. Under his leadership, EdgeConneX has become a leading provider of innovative data center solutions, earning recognition as a Top Workplace of the Year for two consecutive years. Randy's strategic vision and leadership are the driving forces behind EdgeConneX global mission. His expertise and foresight have been instrumental in delivering scalable, high-performance and high-density data center solutions, positioning EdgeConneX as a leader in the industry.

Before the inception of EdgeConneX, Randy was a Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence at TDF Ventures. His notable career is marked by pivotal roles such as CTO, COO, and CEO at several successful public and private enterprises, including BSG Clearing Solutions, Telispark, Wireless World Solutions, and Iridium, where he spearheaded a successful reorganization. Randy also played a key role at Nextel, initiating and leading its Nextel Ventures division. His journey began at Bellcore, where he ascended through various management roles, culminating in his appointment as Executive Director of Network Operations Systems.

Randy's educational background and industry recognition further validate his expertise and professional standing. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan. His contributions have been honored with multiple accolades, including being named to the 2024 Capacity Power 100 List and winning the Northern Virginia Tech Council Sustainable Champion and Tech100 awards in 2024. Additionally, he received The Tech Capital Global Digital Infrastructure Leader Award in 2023 and was listed on the Interglobix Tech Titan List in 2023.
