Roger is the Co-Director of Infrastructure Quality and Finance at Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation and the Business Development Director of the FAST-Infra Label. With more than 18 years of experience in world-leading companies, he has spearheaded new business development, market positioning plans, sustainable supply chain programmes, ESG best practices implementation across several countries in Latin America and North America, and the FAST-Infra Label’s global expansion. Roger holds degrees in both business and communications and several advanced executive courses on infrastructure finance, project management, and agility.
