Romain Le Mélinaidre has been an Executive Director at Infranity since 2022, providing crucial support to the firm's expanding activities in equity transactions.

Prior to this role, Romain was an Investment Director at InfraVia Capital Partners for over eight years, where he originated and executed transactions in the European mid-cap infrastructure space, specializing in digital assets.

Previously, Romain held investment banking roles at Société Générale's M&A team from 2010 to 2013 and at RBS’s Power & Utilities and Infrastructure teams from 2008 to 2010.
He began his career in 2007 at ABN AMRO through their Graduate Program.

Romain graduated from EM Lyon Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Science in Management.
