Steven Mandel – Mr. Mandel is a Partner at TPG Rise Climate based in San Francisco. Prior to joining TPG in 2019, Mr. Mandel was a Director at Denham Capital focusing on principal investments across the clean energy sector, and previously worked in the Power & Renewables investment banking division of Citi in New York. Mr. Mandel earned a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, a B.S. from Lehigh University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Mandel has served or is currently serving on the boards of Matrix Renewables, Nextracker, Intersect Power, Climavision and Palmetto. In addition, Mr. Mandel is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and serves on the Board of the non-profit Chordoma Foundation.
