Xavier joined Cube Infrastructure Managers in March 2025 as Partner, Head of Telecoms & Digital. He leads investment and asset management in the Telecoms & Digital sector, is a member of the Enlarged Management Committee and Investment Committee, and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies. He is also responsible for Cube IM’s activities in Southern Europe. Xavier has over 30 years of telecom industry experience. He has been working closely with Cube IM since 2018 as Senior Advisor to CEBF. Xavier has occupied senior leadership roles in the industry, notably at Portuguese telecom operators ONI (CEO and CTO) and dstelecom (Executive President), Angolan telecom operator Movicel (CEO), and at Spanish telecom group Telefónica. He holds degrees from ESADE Business School and an MBA from IMD Lausanne.
