Yosep Christian is an investment analyst with over 14 years of experience in financial analysis, market research, project development, and risk management in both government and banking. His skills include assessing investment opportunities, preparing feasibility studies, and giving clear, data-based insights to help guide smarter decisions and long-term growth. He has also worked on Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects, handling planning, risk reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders, especially for major urban infrastructure initiatives.

He currently serves at the Jakarta Provincial Government’s Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, where he facilitates investment partnerships, resolves investment-related challenges, and develops comprehensive investment mapping and technical–economic studies to support strategic investment promotion. Previously, he worked as a Licensing and Non-Licensing Document Analyst, ensuring regulatory compliance and strengthening approval processes through detailed reviews and field assessments.

His cross-sector background enables him to deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making, manage risk, and ensure regulatory alignment in complex investment environments.

Jakarta Investment Centre (JIC)

Jakarta Investment Centre (JIC) is the Jakarta Provincial Government’s dedicated unit for investment facilitation and promotion, created to enhance the city’s competitiveness and position Jakarta as a leading investment destination. JIC consists of three sub-units, including Research, Facilitation, and Promotion units, which work together to deliver comprehensive support for both domestic and international investors.

JIC provides end-to-end assistance, offering clear information on priority sectors, well-prepared investment opportunities, and major urban development projects. Through close coordination with regional government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and private partners, JIC streamlines investment processes and supports investors throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiries and feasibility assessments to licensing assistance, issue resolution and project implementation.

In addition to facilitation, JIC conducts investment mapping and market analysis to ensure transparency, readiness, and alignment with Jakarta’s development priorities. With a strong focus on improving ease of doing investment, JIC contributes to the sustainable economic growth by connecting investors with valuable investment opportunities that support Jakarta’s long-term growth.
