Uwe Fleischhauer, Co-Head Infrastructure, is a member of the Management Board, Founding and Equity Partner at YIELCO, and also serves on the Investment Committee. Since 1998, he has worked independently as a consultant at Fleischhauer, Hoyer & Partner (FHP), focusing exclusively on private equity, infrastructure, and private debt. He has advised numerous institutional investors, including the Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK), on asset allocation, investment strategy, fund selection, due diligence, and monitoring. Before founding FHP, Uwe spent seven years in international management consulting (Mercer Management Consulting, Arthur D. Little). He has participated in over 250 investments (primaries, secondaries, co-investments) with total commitments exceeding EUR 10bn, spanning infrastructure, private debt, and infrastructure equity strategies. Uwe holds a degree in business administration, a postgraduate diploma in European Enterprise Management, and the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
