Adinah Shackleton

Adinah is Head of Sustainability at Permira, responsible for overseeing and further developing Permira’s strategy and approach to integrating sustainability in the investment lifecycle across private equity and credit. She leads the Sustainability team at Permira, part of the Value Creation team, and works closely with investment teams and management teams on due diligence and value creatin initiatives. Prior to joining Permira in 2015, Adinah spent eight years in the transaction services team at ERM and over a year as an Environmental Coordinator in construction. Adinah actively contributes to a number of industry initiatives, including as a member of the UK Private Capital Sustainability Steering Committee and Value Creation Taskforce and Invest Europe’s ESG Steering Committee.
