Alvar de Wolff

Alvar is Head of Sustainability & Responsible Investing at Parcom, a Dutch mid-market investment firm. Parcom is currently investing its € 960m Fund VII with a focus on Dutch SME companies. With almost two decades of investment experience across Europe, Alvar combines direct PE investment expertise with a strong track record in sustainability and impact investing. Prior to joining Parcom, he spent nine years at Bregal Investments. As Head of Responsible Investing & ESG he helped build Bregal’s ESG platform. He also co-founded Bregal Sphere, an impact investing platform dedicated to backing companies and projects that deliver measurable positive social and environmental outcomes. Previously, Alvar spent nearly ten years at AAC Capital Partners, where he was an Investment Director investing in mid-market companies across Benelux. He holds a Msc Finance from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
