Devon Leahy is Head of Sustainability at L Catterton, where she sets the firm's overarching sustainability strategy and partners with portfolio companies to advance ESG performance and sustainability-driven value creation. Previously, she served as Global Head of Sustainability at Ralph Lauren, leading product and environmental sustainability as well as supply chain traceability. Devon has also held sustainability leadership roles at Walmart and Etsy, where she built the company’s first sustainability team and helped establish commitments to renewable electricity and marketplace carbon neutrality. She has also worked with leading NGOs including the Environmental Defense Fund and the Environmental Law Institute, as well as in government roles at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and on Capitol Hill. Leahy holds an MBA and an MS from the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute and a BA from Colby College.
