Dominica Adam

With more than 20 years of experience in sustainability, Dominica Adam is Chief Sustainability Officer at Seven2, where she places sustainability at the heart of value creation. She believes small and mid-size businesses are vital to tackling climate change and carry responsibilities towards the people they employ locally. She sees private equity as a tool to shape the future economy by supporting business transformation.

She began in 2004 as an ESG analyst at Vigeo, a European non-financial rating agency. In 2008, she joined AXA Group as Head of Environment, then moved to AXA's Property & Casualty business to work on innovation, product design and digital strategy. She joined Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners) in 2021, where she is active across the investment process and supports portfolio companies in their sustainability transformations.

She holds a Master's in Environment, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex and a BA in Sociology from the University of York.
